Posters
The
poster session will take place on the afternoon of June 29, a prime time
event with lunch being served. 3 x 5 Card boards and pins
will be provided. The Gargoyle (in the lower level of the Mallinckrodt
Center) will accomodate this event. Click here
for a map of Mallinckrodt Center (number 43 on the map).
Talks
There
will be three plenary sessions, on the evening of June 28, the morning
of June 29, and the morning of June 30.
Slide projectors, overhead projectors and a PC/powerpoint projector will
be at your disposal. If you are preparing a powerpoint presentation, please
make sure that your file is saved with .ppt as the suffix. The file should
be saved on either a CD or a zip disk. In addition, it is recommended
that you try running your file on a PC beforehand, if it is created on
a Macintosh.
The talks will be held in the May Auditorium of Simon
Hall. Click here
for a map of Simon Hall (number 46 on the map).
