Notices:

  • Imaging Facility policy is that abandoned files on Z1, Z3 and Olympus can be deleted without notice.
  • The authentication process has changed:

    1) Your password might have changed. I have transferred all the password I knew. In the case I did not know the password I changed it to the default password mbp-imaging. For example since I did not know lab_rich's password I replaced it with mbp-imaging. So for lab_rich to logging to any of the computer in the imaging facility, the user name lab_rich and password mbp-imaging must be used. As a rule of thumb, if your usual password fails to work, try mbp-imaging. If mbp-imaging failed to work page Philippe at 314-419-2124.

    2) If you used the remote directory provided by soxs001 to store your images, it has been transferred to mbp-molecool. So now instead of storing images in soxs001 you will store them in the H drive put at your disposal for file storage in the area of your computer called MY COMPUTER.
SOXS001 is being demoted and mbp-molecool will soon takes the role of domain controller. Please find below how to access your remote account from a MAC or a PC, in-side or out-side the campus.
If you need further information or assistance please contact Philippe Breton at 7-2968
